We listed our home with Kelly on a Friday and had two cash offers on Sunday! We found Kelly to be totally familiar with the market and comparable recent sales. Based on her knowledge, she encouraged us to list our home for more than we initially expected. She was present for every showing. The photographic marketing display sheet that she arranged was professionally done and very impressive. The sale closed in June, 2020 and with her help we didn’t even have to be present. She was “on duty” keeping us updated with texts and emails, some as late as 11 pm! In summary, we felt that we could not have been better represented.

Of course Alison is a real dynamo and is extremely professional But what really impressed me was her reliability and dependability. She could be counted on to help my husband and myself accomplish all the myriad tasks and complicated coordination that is involved in selling a home and buying a new one. She was spot-on with all her recommendations and numbers. We felt nothing was left undone. Alison was right there with us with referrals for other professionals or to attend a meeting. We knew we were not her biggest client, but she made us feel as if we were.

This is our second review, my wife Deb wrote a review as well. But, honestly, Shaun is worth 2 reviews and actually many more. We could not have asked for a better agent, resource and friend in this process. First we were in Pennsylvania, buying in Florida. Due to the ridiculous real estate market on the gulf coast in 2021, we actually made offers on 14 different properties, won two which didn't work out and then found our perfect second home in October. This was an immensely time and difficult process of many highs, lows and finally success. Shaun was steady, always there for us. He was always optimistic, willing to video properties, talk with numerous agents, work with our most important needs. He NEVER pressured us to act but rather listened carefully. Would work with Shaun again in a heart-beat and highly, highly recommend him anytime you have a real estate need.
