Roger has a pedigree of multi-million dollar annual sales and delivered on his experience. He knew all about other agents in the area, other sales, other potential sales and could discuss his recommendations for listing and showing the property with an open mind to seller pre-conceived ideas! He let his marketing and staging team provide input so a really balanced view was presented. He was honest, flexible and not a pressuring agent. He and his entire team worked well with all mediums - email, text, phone you name it. He was completely accessible which was amazing given the volume of interest there is in Sarasota at this time. We felt we got sufficient handholding through the entire process all the way up to the closing (this was our our first RE sale in Florida so there was a learning curve). He/his team made arrangements for possession removal, staging, cleaning, etc and we did not have to lift a finger in this regard. He reviewed all offers and made meaningful recommendations on counters or discussion points with potential buyers' agents. We were selling into the Sarasota Downtown Condo market and we recommend him highly for anyone interested in selling into this market.
