I relocated to Tampa from the Kansas City area, during the most restrictive time for travel. When we ran into hiccups with underwriting of our buyers, thus delaying our closing in WA, she was communicating with at least 3 other parties on our behalf and trying to do everything in her power to help us. Trent was phenomenal in facilitating the marketing and sale of our home. Trent suggested a fair list price that had 3 buyers make offers on the first day it was listed. 2 of which were above asking. I couldn’t have dreamed for a better scenario. Trent also helped negotiate the purchase of our new home with a builder. He was a huge help in getting the builder to negotiate where they normally do not do so. I highly recommend Trent for all your real-estate needs.
