We highly recommend Nicole Cossette for your real estate agent. She definitely goes above and beyond: she is proactive, communicative, thorough and extremely prepared. We started our home journey on the internet and quickly found several properties we were interested. She reached out and after a discussion over the phone we were provided with a web link for our home search. She had input our criteria and we received an alert every time a new home came on the market. In addition, we could enter our own criteria and change the search to different communities. After arranging a time to meet-up in Colorado, we pre-selected the homes we wanted to view. Not only did she provide us with a schedule, she also had data sheets on each property as well as information about the area. (This was important as we were coming from out of town). What truly impressed us was her flexibility. While we were viewing a home, if we saw another for sale across the street or down the block, she immediately called the listing agent and was able to get us a viewing within less than 15 minutes. Once we found the home we wanted, she was very thorough in the offer and did a lot of legwork on all the nuances of solar panels, HOA’s and other details about the home we wanted to purchase. We had questions for the seller and when the selling agent dragged their feet, she jumped right in and took charge. The selling agent praised her and said he had never worked with such an efficient agent before. At closing she provided us with a binder of new home tips, information on the property (wifi, sprinkler system and monitoring, gas and electric, security etc. She also provided us with her preferred contractors for painting, remodeling, mattresses, cleaning services etc. As we are from out of town this data was priceless. We cannot recommend her enough. Her flexibility and commitment to us was AMAZING. If you need a realtor in Colorado (or Florida for that matter), choose Nicole Cossette of The Losasso Group.

Nicole was such a pleasure to work with! From day one she was always in constant contact with us and gave us any updates on every property we were interested in. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and Nicole always got us an answer promptly. Before viewing any house she gave us a full rundown of the big items on the house and followed up with the listing agent if there was ever any question on anything. She has extensive knowledge of the entire Tampa Bay area and beyond which was perfect as we didn't have a specific area we were looking at but rather looking for the right home. We looked at countless houses as far north as New Port Richey all the way down to St. Pete and if there was ever a day where she had a conflict with her schedule she found a way for us to see the house.
