Trish is professional, knowledgeable and a very personable agent to work with. We were so lucky we came upon her by chance! As former Realtors we were considering a FSBO and after meeting Trish decided to save ourselves a lot of headaches and are we ever glad we did!! She guided us through the pre listing process with ease and after scheduling 13 showings in an 8 hour period and guiding us through 13 excellent offers to make the best decision for us she proved to be our best decision ever! The marketing on our home was above and beyond what I have seen most agents do. If you are planning on selling your home give this amazing agent a call. You will not be disappointed!

Brittany was awesome! All my questions were answered quickly and accurately; all my concerns soothed with promptness and professionalism. When our first finance company failed us, she found one that got us through with less hassle and was more accommodating with our own scheduling needs. Five stars!
I had a wonderful experience. She has taught me so much on how to get my house ready for showings. I also was educated on where to invest to get my house ready for the most return. She was in contact with me daily till the whole process was finished which was comforting. I recommend her based on her knowledge and wonderful communication skills.

Truly a great home buying experience
Wow, where do I start? From start to finish Britt made buying our first home as simple and seamless as possible. She started out by giving us access to the coldwell banker website and customizing homes for us in our desired area, and price range. She always assured to work with us between my fiancé and I’s odd work schedules to be available to show us each home we were interested in. She also would notify us when new homes were posted that would be of interested to us. She was transparent and always made sure to answer any questions that we had with promptness, and clarity. We found our dream home with Britt’s help. She assured that we understood the process starting from signing our initial offer, signing all contracts, and knowing all expectations. Britt is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive. She assured that buying our first home was truly FUN, and we will always appreciate her for that. It was comforting to know that we never had to worry about what to expect or what the next step would be. I plan to share my experience with others so that they too can find their dream home with the help of an amazing realtor.
