Sheila helped us navigate the Covid-19 situation by facilitating the remote purchase of a second home in Florida so that we can visit and be near our daughter’s family and our newest grandchild. She showed us homes through remote video and helped us to realize that our best interest would be served by building a new home with limited maintenance. She served as an important link between us and the builder since we were remote during all of the construction. Sheila was the best: a professional with highest standards. Trish is an exceptional realtor. From the first phone call, she was professional, caring and not pushy. She listened to me, focused on my interests and provided me with a tremendous amount of information on each house we toured. We spent 2 days touring a great number of homes, during which she guided me in a market I was unfamiliar. Candid, fun and always upbeat she showed me homes and detailed the differences of each neighborhood. On day 2 we had pared the homes down. Trish had all the comps to help me through my final decision process. Trish was excellent communicating with the selling agent, in turn we were able to successfully negotiate the purchase of my new home. Trish helped with the financing, the suggestion of inspectors, contractors and continues to be involved even after the closing. In conclusion, Trish is an exemplary realtor, negotiator and professional. Be assured, you will never have a better person on your side when buying or selling your home.
