Trent was phenomenal in facilitating the marketing and sale of our home. Trent suggested a fair list price that had 3 buyers make offers on the first day it was listed. 2 of which were above asking. I couldn’t have dreamed for a better scenario. Trent also helped negotiate the purchase of our new home with a builder. Trent Davis made the buying experience for us as easy as it could possibly be. He was patient with us as we saw house after house and assured us that when the when the house was "for us, we would know." His communication is excellent and always responded back in a timely manner. If he was going to go out of town or be unavailable he would always let us know ahead of time. He was great at helping us determine what is a far price to come in and also understand where the market is right now. Currently, we are settling in our new home and it would not have been possible without Trent. He even offered to help us move. You can't get any better service than that.
