Miriam Kelly is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. We sold our home above the asking price and super fast; She also has a wonderful team.

Mariam is the most hard working Realtor I’ve ever worked with. Very knowledgeable and professional. She is very resourceful and easy to get along with. I don’t even consider her my realtor anymore or how welcoming and personable she is. She is definitely easy and wonderful to work with.

Michael made the sale of my elderly parents’ townhouse as painless as possible. We met him on a Friday and by Wednesday, their townhouse was on the market. We closed in less than two months from the day we met Michael because of all his hard work. He handled everything calmly and professionally including advising us on what should and shouldn’t be done for a quick sale, hiring a photographer who took beautiful photos of the property, arranging a multitude of showings, dealing with a challenging homeowner’s association, negotiating a good price, and arranging for a closing agent in another state to meet my parents at a skilled nursing facility my father moved to while the house was on the market. Michael was always friendly and understanding and went above and beyond my expectations for a real estate agent by performing such tasks as getting a closet door back on track, straightening a ceiling light fixture, tidying up the house before showings, and getting rid of leftover items in my parents’ garage after they moved out. When I couldn’t be there, I knew Michael would help my parents in any way he could to sell their home and assist their move out of Tampa. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Not only is Nicole one of the most knowledgeable agents I have every worked with, but she is also caring and present through the entire process. I never once felt lost or alone while selling our home. When anything came up, she knew exactly how to handle it and who to call. She is truly an honest and hardworking professional that gets the job done! I highly recommend working with Nicole for any of your future real estate needs. She will not let you down!

Diane and Bob helped us buy and sell our family home. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, detrmined to offer the best options available. I would definitely come back and asked for their services in the future.

Kathie hung in there with me in this tough market and put in the work and time. After several failed offers she found me the home I was looking for. I’ll be forever grateful.

I was on both sides of real estate and the buying side wasn’t with her! The selling side was with her and made me realize so much! I had a beautiful experience with Nicole! Not one time did I feel stressed out, anxious or confused! Nicole made me feel secure and told me all the possibilities before I hired her! She was authentic and knew her stuff! She did everything for me which was extra appreciated since my schedule is tight being a mom of 3 and a business owner! The day of closing she found a mistake that helped me save money and nobody would’ve ever known unless you knew your real estate! She is top notch!! I will only trust her for anything real estate in the future! She won me for life!
