Michael made the sale of my elderly parents’ townhouse as painless as possible. We met him on a Friday and by Wednesday, their townhouse was on the market. We closed in less than two months from the day we met Michael because of all his hard work. He handled everything calmly and professionally including advising us on what should and shouldn’t be done for a quick sale, hiring a photographer who took beautiful photos of the property, arranging a multitude of showings, dealing with a challenging homeowner’s association, negotiating a good price, and arranging for a closing agent in another state to meet my parents at a skilled nursing facility my father moved to while the house was on the market. Michael was always friendly and understanding and went above and beyond my expectations for a real estate agent by performing such tasks as getting a closet door back on track, straightening a ceiling light fixture, tidying up the house before showings, and getting rid of leftover items in my parents’ garage after they moved out. When I couldn’t be there, I knew Michael would help my parents in any way he could to sell their home and assist their move out of Tampa. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
