I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time now. Nicole is absolutely the best Real Estate Agent you will find, keep on reading this review and I will tell you why. Here is my review from both points of view… As a seller: She was very professional since the first time we met, me and my husband felt very comfortable with the way she explained how the whole process work. We didn’t even want to continue interviewing other agents. She is very knowledgeable in Real Estates and impressed us with her presentation of her business and everything she was going to be able to do for us during the selling process. Our house went under contract in less than 48 hours and at the price point we wanted. She contracted an excellent photographer that made the house look like from a magazine, also had the house 3D mapping and droned pictures which was definitely a must have. The whole selling process went by without any bumps and she made sure of that. As a buyer: It’s a tough market, we still have not find the right house, but is definitely NOT for her lack of something. She is always on the lookout for houses for us, we have very precise specifications that we are looking in a house, so I want to thank Nicole for her patience. No matter the time I contact her she happily replies and provides me with useful information. She makes herself available and make arrangements in order to be available when we are interest in seeing a house. She always makes it work even though if she is busy. In summary she goes up and beyond for her clients and is always with a smile and transmit positive energy, which is definitely something special about her.
