We moved from DC to Tampa a month ago, and this was only possible because of how responsive and knowledgeable Gil was. We were first time homebuyers, and Gil was able to help us secure a home sight unseen! He made it seem like we were his most VIP clients, even though we knew he must be quite busy being in the Tampa Bay market. He managed to help us get our home under contract within hours of our showing interest. He was involved throughout the entire process, even going above and beyond to measure appliance spaces in our kitchen so that we could order our washer/dryer, stove and fridge. After our closing, he followed up and remained invested in our getting settled in to the city. Gil is a consummate professional, there really are not enough words. We highly recommend.
