Alysia did a wonderful job guiding us through the sale of our house, getting us more than we expected in the process. She was also extremely patient and helpful while we searched for our new forever home and found us a gem that we were able to win at an amount just below the appraised value. That is hard to do in this market. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market areas we looked at and made fantastic recommendations. I would strongly recommend Alysia to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

We were referred to Nicole by our realtor in Texas since we were relocating to Florida. She took us under her wing and guided us through the entire process with ease. The market was something we had never experienced before but she was always there to provide guidance and encouragement. At times, our patience would grow thin when our offer(s) would not be accepted, but she would cheer us on to keep looking for our new home. Her enthusiasm is contagious and we could not have been matched with a better Realtor! From start to finish, the process was seamless thanks to Nicole.

I worked with Realtor before to buy and sale my homes. Alysia provided me with the best realtor service ever.... She has the knowledge, she kept me always updated with the market and properties available according to my needs. She never put any pressure on me to purchase a property and.i felt that she was always looking out for me. Showing me the properties that she knew were in my budget, location, amenities and other special requirements that I was looking for. She was with me through all the steps even to the closing and after too. Thank you again for all your hard work and I wish you the best.

Patty helped my grandparents above and beyond as they sold their home to move to Ohio. They worked with our family and stayed in constant communication to ensure things went smoothly. They answered every questions professionally and kindly and made the experience very easy even with all of the stress that comes with an out of state deal. We recommend this office to anyone in need of services and will use them for sure if we’re ever working in Florida again.

Nicole would have excelled at whatever she chose to do. I'm just glad she chose reality. She went so beyond the call at a time when other issues had complicated my life.

Sheila was always only a text away, ready to answer any question we had! She was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with Sheila while we sold our house and will definitely call her again the next time we are in the market!

We moved from DC to Tampa a month ago, and this was only possible because of how responsive and knowledgeable Gil was. We were first time homebuyers, and Gil was able to help us secure a home sight unseen! He made it seem like we were his most VIP clients, even though we knew he must be quite busy being in the Tampa Bay market. He managed to help us get our home under contract within hours of our showing interest. He was involved throughout the entire process, even going above and beyond to measure appliance spaces in our kitchen so that we could order our washer/dryer, stove and fridge. After our closing, he followed up and remained invested in our getting settled in to the city. Gil is a consummate professional, there really are not enough words. We highly recommend.
