It was truly a pleasure working with Trish. She is extremely knowledgeable of the Tampa Bay market, professional and a genuinely kind person. She made selling our home stress free and kept us fully informed at all times. She was always available to us when we had questions along the way. The process was smooth, and Trish went over and above when our buyers decided they no longer wanted a garage refrigerator on the day of closing, after we had already left the area. Trish did not blink and arranged for pick-up of the refrigerator so that the closing would proceed on time. We highly recommend Trish to family and friends. The experience we had with Trish was amazing and she is our Tampa Bay Realtor for life!
