Josh is thorough. We gave him a general idea of what we were looking for, he nailed it. Then we started fine tuning our requirements and he found the homes. He was with us every single step of the way. If we had a question in the middle of the night, he had a response first thing in the morning OR he let us know that he was getting an answer. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured. By the time we closed (6 weeks start to finish), it’s more like we gained a family friend. Five stars really isn’t enough.

Given the high demand in housing market, they take time to listen and get to know you personally. I dealt with Savannah, whom I recommend to any house buyers. Very thoughtful and looking into needs. Look into different options from lenders and not just one. There is also an education on new home buyers that I recommend to everyone who is interested in buying a house.

From start to finish Shelly Roberts-Woods and her whole team and contacts were awesome the best of the best!! For every aspect of the process she has you covered.We closed on our house a week ago and she is still helping me today with any question I have something as little as where the utility office is or how to file for home stead.
