Melissa knows this market very well. She asked what meant most to us in the process, we were slow buyers lol. She suggested a few neighborhoods in the Parrish area she thought would be good fits and accommodate our German Shepherd , if she’s not welcome we weren’t interested, that was important. We found a very good fit for our family with the space we really fell for, Melissa hit it spot on. The bank process started and we were off to the races. I hired Jessica Ross to sell two properties, a house in Bradenton and a condo in Sarasota. Jessica has an excellent network that allows her to get properties sold quickly and at a fair price. I accepted an offer for the Bradenton property after listing it for only 3 days. Selling the second property was more challenging, as it was listed a year later when the market had slowed to the point that nothing was selling.
