We met Joe at an open house showing he was having for our new home. We pretty much fell in love with the home but made no offer. Joe is a great guy we discovered just in general conversation. Joe had asked questions about our intentions and was interested in helping us but then we shook hands and went about our way. A couple of weeks went by and my fiancé says let’s go see if the home was still available and it was. I called Joe and told him we wanted to see the home again and he said I was just going to call you. He let me know that he had done all the research and comps and all that other realtor stuff. Well, we bought our new home from Joe and he is working on selling our old home. Great experience with professionals.
