I hired Jessica Ross to sell two properties, a house in Bradenton and a condo in Sarasota. Jessica has an excellent network that allows her to get properties sold quickly and at a fair price. I accepted an offer for the Bradenton property after listing it for only 3 days. Selling the second property was more challenging, as it was listed a year later when the market had slowed to the point that nothing was selling. Despite that, it closed after being on the market for only 3 months. Jessica is very easy to work with and made invaluable suggestions on how to make the properties sell.
