Tight timeline, great result!

We reached out to Joe Murphy needing to sell our house on a really tight timeline, and he met with us the very next day. Right from the start it was clear he knew the local market inside and out. He helped us land on a price that felt fair and that he was confident would move quickly. From there he walked us through how to stage the house and got photos and video ordered for the listing right away. What really impressed us is that he started working his contacts and lined up showings before the listing was even live. By the end of the first day we had two offers on the table, and we ended up accepting one that came in above our listing price. Joe's experience really showed throughout the whole process. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel pretty easy and moved everything along quickly. On top of that, he's fair minded and honest, which we appreciated.
