Betty is very personable, knows her market and is very accessible. Totally didn’t expect her to respond to my late hour emails until the next day, but I heard from her almost immediately late in the evening. Although I don’t want to encourage others to email their realtor late at night. Real estate folks deserve their private time. She very quickly figured out what we were looking for in a home and we were under contract within two weeks, for under the listed price in a hot 🥵 market! That is a job well done!
