Jennifer was very helpful to me during the sale process. She was patient and knowledgeable especially since I was not located in Florida and needed to rely on her for local support and details of the Florida Real Estate process. She was easy to connect with and always returned my text or calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Her photos and video of our house interior was very helpful in the sale, as was her dealings with potential buyer agents and obtaining a good final price.

If you’re trying to decide between agents, do yourself a favor and go with Jennifer. My mom passed, and I decided to sell her home in Venice. After meeting with several agents in the area, we decided to list with Jennifer. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and straightforward. We had an all cash offer at ask inside 24 hours of listing. The experience was so good in fact, that I recommended her for another property our family had for sale in the area, and we secured an offer 25K above ask. Do yourself a favor and call her. She won’t let you down.

Jennifer was very helpful to my wife and me as we purchased a second home in Florida recently. In our case Jennifer was the listing agent, and we were not previously working with a broker. It had been many years since our last home buying experience and Jennifer guided us though it all with ease. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Florida Real Estate market and very responsive to our questions. We felt very comfortable that Jennifer had everything under control at all times. I would highly recommend Jennifer Magoon.

We met with three realtors and Jennifer was an absolute standout! She knew that market for the community we were selling in (Pelican Pointe) and had lots of experience in that area. She gave us excellent advice about the best way to price, market and show our mother's home. Her expertise was invaluable as we were out of state and she was able to handle all the paperwork and legwork from beginning to end. Our house sold in a matter of days for over asking price. Jennifer immediatelt answered every phone call, followed up on all of our questions, and was so easy to work with. She knows her trade - I recommend her highly!!

We chose Jennifer to represent us in the sale of our home. She was very professional, knowledgeable, did an amazing job advertising our home and provided feedback on all showings. Jennifer brought us a cash offer well above asking within 2 weeks! We were very pleased with our experience. Jennifer made the selling process very easy!

Janice Ward is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive which was critical due to our quick close. She really went above and beyond to help us purchase our home and continues to be a valued resource. We could not have asked for a better person to usher us through this process! I would highly recommend Janice if you are thinking about buying or selling a home in the Sarasota area.
