Not only does she know the local market she knows the ins and outs of the selling and buying process. Her experience helped us through a buyer who backed out at the last moment (she had reviewed the contract and are one of the few who actually were able to keep the initial deposit). Jennifer also helped with the move to our new location suggesting some alternatives for getting rid of excess furniture etc. She probably saved us several thousand dollars because of her contacts. We had hired a "move coordinator" to help us as we are not as young as we once were, we would have been better off with more Jennifer and less of the other folks. You may have heard that a happy wife makes for a good life, Jennifer made my wife happy and that's a really good thing. You will like her too.
