I live in Tacoma, Wa and bought a condo in Treasure Island . Luckily I found Lorraine who has been doing real estate for 30+ years. She is very professional ,patient and listens to my idea's of what a perfect home would be located and looked like. Within a week she found it!! Drew up an offer and it was accepted. $9,000 under asking. Through out her years as a real-estate agent she has her people lined up for home and pest inspections that were very thorough and inexpensive. It flowed very well.. She actively kept in touch with myself, tittle, seller and HOA and made it all happen.
