Barbara was knowledgeable and kept us up to date through out each phase of the negotiations. The only reason for stating that the sale price was below our expectations was due to the appraiser`s low submission. (Barbara had nothing to do with this portion of the transaction). Valerie Nogelle happens to be a Realtor living in my complex. I received a few notes from her via US mail...when it came time to sell and after discussions I chose her...she seemed over phone very honest and professional...she walked me thru process when I met her...when I needed a handyman she provided one for me for minor repair...
