Working with Treasure made this crazy market that seemed impossible to over come possible. For anyone that’s looking for someone experienced in the market and that knows how to get you what you want even under not ideal circumstances this is the realtor agent for you! No matter how many times we had speed bumps Treasure ensured us that we would find the home we wanted and kept us calm in the process. A big part in that is the fact that she is super experienced and can answer every question you have. Would not be in my home or even looking for a home if it was not for Treasure!

Thomas is great agent and worked very hard for me in the purchase of my new home. He always made sure I understood the process, made sure I wasn't ever going to lose my money and fought to get the house I wanted most. Thomas will explain his opinion and rationale for decisions that need to be made and I feel like we made several good ones as a team. I would definitely use Thomas' services in the future and I even feel like I made a life-long friend in the process.

It had been almost twenty years since the last time I bought a house and it was the first time Ruth and I bought one together. Donna took us from square one to closing and beyond. Starting with excellence advice about the market area, she listened to our needs and desires for a new home and narrowed down several dozen candidates to a few places very close to what we wanted. She did the research on each place so we could feel reassured we were not missing anything important on any house we thought would be a good match. Once we decided on our new home, she worked with the selling agent to ensure lines of communication were open with the previous owner and we each understood our responsibilities for the sale. If we had questions, she made herself available or responded to messages very quickly with good information. She is very personable, but also very professional and knowledgeable about the process. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to relocate to this area.

As a former agent myself from a day long past I can say Treasure is a very rare find. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, caring (YES! I SAID CARING! which is very rare amongst the wolves in sheeps clothing as most so-called "agents" are.) She even actually has a real sense of humor and is very friendly. I don't think I've ever had the sale of a home go so smoothly. After digging up many lumps of coal Treasure was an already polished diamond!
