The only reason for stating that the sale price was below our expectations was due to the appraiser`s low submission. (Barbara had nothing to do with this portion of the transaction). Valerie Nogelle happens to be a Realtor living in my complex. I received a few notes from her via US mail...when it came time to sell and after discussions I chose her...she seemed over phone very honest and professional...she walked me thru process when I met her...when I needed a handyman she provided one for me for minor repair... I'm not the easiest person to deal with rating myself but nothing deterred Valerie...if I had a question as my residence is out of state and after initial meeting our conversations going forth were via phone and text...she answered every concern the same day without hesitation...if it took any longer she kept me aware...avoided worry as trust is important and I was in good hands...whether you are in state or reside out of state you can trust that Valerie will work very hard for you to find your new home or sell your home...happy to give her 5 stars...
