Terril made not only finding what I wanted easy, but he got the deal done and all the conditions met. If you are looking for a laissez faire Realtor that may or may not get you what you want then pass. That is not Terril. If you want to buy and know you'll get no fluff work with this Realtor.

We absolutely could not have found our home without Treasure. First of all, we did everything from South Florida, which for most realtors would be a nightmare. But not Treasure! She was always at the ready to run out to houses for us and always was available to look up more information on homes for us! She knows the market well and she had very creative ideas and that is the only reason we have a home today. She never pushed anything on us and always told us any downfalls to any homes because as first time buyers, we didn’t know much.
