Cristian was absolutely fantastic during our home search and purchase, keep in mind we were living in California, so Cristian spent time looking for a house that would fit all of our specific needs (best schools, best neighborhoods, specific size, amenities, location, etc.), he spent countless days and nights in video meetings with us, showing properties that he filmed, explaining the pros and cons of specific Florida cities/neighborhoods, home values, etc. We ended up purchasing a perfect house, in a beautiful area, and with a perfect school nearby. He helped us throughout the buying process, knew how and when to negotiate, and even connected us with the right insurance agents, inspectors, etc. He was truly fantastic. We highly recommend his service.
