We recently sold our home and bought another with Joe. We have been through the home selling and buying process several times before, in different states, and have honestly worked with great agents. We know what we want in an agent. Working with Joe and his team truly felt like a concierge level experience. Joe truly has remarkable knowledge of the market and the area. He has been in the business in Tampa area for many years and it shows. We moved from one place to another in Carrollwood and he and his team offered great expertise in both our buying and selling process. Joe has great attention to detail and his communication is top notch; we never had to chase him down for any questions or to follow up. He stopped by in person several times and really got to know us and our home. We felt that all aspects of our buying and selling process went smoothly. He has surrounded himself with a great team, who takes great care to represent your home in the best possible way. From evaluating our home in person, to professional pictures, and finally, to the detailed and accurate descriptions, Joe and his team got it all right. We can't recommend Joe and his team enough.
