Barb advised me on prices and on showings for my condo on a daily basis. We discussed when needed to adjust price. She also informed me about all showings, especially the ones who expressed interest. When I got an extremely low offer she informed me before I refused the offer. When I did get an offer, that I considered low, we discussed my counter offer. She was good on informing me about closing and giving me details.
