Michele was wonderful! She was very patient and went over comparables and other issues related to the current market. I had several delays in putting house on market due to my health issues- this was no problem as she was very understanding. She kept me in the loop on showings and took care of any issues that came up with the house as I was out of state. She also reviewed all the final paperwork and had the title company correct several errors. She's the best!
