We couldn't ask for more in a realtor. It is not a bullish market for condos at this time due to the new milestone survey and requirements. But Margie went far above and beyond for us to get our unit sold. Great pictures, advertising, and open houses. She was continuously following up with the Condo Association President to find out about what needed to be done to comply with the new laws, etc. She worked tirelessly for us and we very much appreciate everything she did. She had even made arrangements for our unit to be on a fixer-upper TV show, but we had 2 hurricanes that postponed it, and then it was sold before we could actually do it.
