Lorette is a hard working knowledgeable Agent who's out going personality was a breath of fresh air. She explained in detail the Pros and Cons of every listing that I was interested in. Her communication skills are top notch. I hate to admit it but she has a good sense of humor as well, but don't tell her that. She was very timely in getting me all the necessary documents for the sale. She really cares about her clients. As an example, she sent me 10 moving boxes and packing tape. Who does that?
