I worked with Amanda for a cpl months before just the right property came up... I live in MN so could not go to view it...Amanda went above and beyond for me. I own a Real Estate Co. in MN, so I am well aware that most of things she's done for me are definitely not in her job description!! I would recommend Amanda all day long, 100%!! Michele was wonderful! She was very patient and went over comparables and other issues related to the current market. I had several delays in putting house on market due to my health issues- this was no problem as she was very understanding. She kept me in the loop on showings and took care of any issues that came up with the house as I was out of state. She also reviewed all the final paperwork and had the title company correct several errors. She's the best!
