Jasmin Gonzalez, a realtor that exceeds expectations!
We could not be any happier with our agent, Jasmin Gonzalez! She went above and beyond, from our first meeting to the closing day. The house we sold was vacant, but Jasmin checked on it regularly and kept us in the loop when unexpected things would come up. She is excellent with communication, provided us with weekly updates, and let us know how each open house went. She is knowledgeable of the market, has the negotiating skills, is very patient, and is just an overall nice person. My family owns multiple rental homes in the Tampa/Lutz area, and we have worked with other agents in the past, but have never been happy. We are grateful to have found Jasmin, and look forward to working with her again in the future!

Very easy and seamless
