This is my home away from home. I work in St. Pete but live on the other side of the state. I needed a home that would give me the advantages of an apartment but still be a way investing. And when I had some issues with that, helping get the information I needed with the former owners to complete the deal. Barb is an amazing agent! She was able to point out things to improve in the house to get me top dollar. The house was only shown for a week and had offers. A Professional and Driven Expert is not enough to sum up all that Barb did for me and my fiance during the sale of our house. Barb was friendly, helpful and most of all hopeful for us when things were really trying (i.e. inspector results). But through it all Barb was attentive, very knowledgeable and a heck of a realtor to a couple who had little to no clue what we were doing in regards to the sale of a house.
