Margie was wonderful to work with and was very complete in sharing information about how houses like ours were selling. She give us addresses of house like our so we could compare the pricing with what we were going to sell. After we set what we wanted to be the asking price I was very pleased when I saw Margie passing information about the open house she had set up. She is a hard worker and has a great desire to please. By the way our house sold at the first showing. Margie helped us find our condo. We told her what we wanted in a condo, she found it, we bought it, nuff said.

Barb did an exceptional job under some very unexpected situations that came up during closing. She had to deal with another agent who was very unprofessional and three contract extensions. We truly weren't sure if our Condo would ever close due to the unexpected circumstances the buyer was going thru . She kept in touch with us and answered our calls even after office hours. Lorraine Spinogatti was an absolute delight to work with. I just completed a First Time Home Buyers Program, and I was unfamiliar with many of the real estate practices, procedures, and mortgage rules and regulations. At times it seemed overwhelming, and I couldn't understand it all, not in the least bit. Lorraine explained everything so that I had a better understanding of what the steps were in purchasing a home. Bob assisted us in buying our first house. He helped recommend neighborhoods, was honest in telling us any issues he could see with the house first hand, worked so well with our schedule and the multiple day trips it took us to find “the one”. Even after closing he has checked in and even assisted us with finding a contractor. We ran into a few issues on our closing day and bob worked so hard to make sure everything was resolved quickly so we didn’t have to worry.
