I discovered Patty when I went to go help my 92-year-old Mom move her furnishings to her new place. I asked my Mom who is this person who is efficiently directing the group that was there to help. My Mom said, “That’s Patty Dykstra, my realtor.” I knew then that with Patty’s help my wife I could sell our distress property. We asked Patty if she would work with us and she came by to view the property. She was professionally on point through this initial process which made my wife and I feel increasingly more comfortable that we had made the right decision.
