Babette is so knowledgeable about Florida real estate. I really felt I could trust her judgement and advice when selling my house. It made the situation a lot less stressful knowing that I had such a great real estate agent. My house sold very quickly at a great price and the whole process went smoothly. I couldn’t be more happy with how it went, and I’ve never worked with a better realtor.

Robert pointed me in the direction of a lender that helped expedite the purchase process. Always responsive via text or call and always positive. Overall good experience and Robert's easy going nature was a nice touch.

We met Robert Lugo through a friend and started the process of selling our townhome. We started the process of selling the townhome with a lot of support of Robert Lugo and spent seven months in order to sell the property. At all times we feel confident in the process because Robert is a person with Integrity, Responsibility and Commitment. I would highly recommend anyone to request the services of Robert Lugo for the sale or purchase of a property.

Military/veteran friendly. Babette is one of the most friendly, honest, and knowledgeable realtors we have ever dealt with. She treated us like family and listened to our needs and desires for a new home and delivered. If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond for you then look no further Babette is for you.

Yvonne has assisted me in purchasing multiple homes for me personally and for my business. She has helped me negotiate a fair offer for all of my transactions while assuring I am being compensated for any necessary items that need to be repaired or will need to be repaired/ replaced in the near future. She has always had my best interest at heart and I would highly recommend Yvonne to anyone looking to purchase realestate.

I truly cannot recommend Barbara Jordan enough as a veteran realtor!! Her command of real estate in the Tampa Bay Area is nothing short of superior! She found the perfect home for my family and I over 20 years ago, so naturally I went straight to her to sell that same home recently. And both experiences were wonderful! Her vast realty knowledge, results-oriented strategy along with her calm and efficient manner made me trust her implicitly in the already-stressful process of buying/selling a home. Thank you Barbara for all your hard work on selling my home. If I come back to the Tampa Bay Area I will be looking you up again!!

Being a first time home buyer I was completely clueless as to what to do next or what even needed to be done. Barb was a blessing as she handled everything for us & let us k ow every step of the way what we needed to do next. Our home loan was a VA loan which she was familiar with & that was helpful too, especially during the looking phase. A huge thank you goes out to Barb for everything she helped us with while purchasing our lovely new home!!

So HAPPY to have her be a part of selling my home! Being an out of town seller Sharon gave me peace of mind that everything would be taken care of from staging the house and making sure the property had curb appeal. My home sold quickly and I was impressed with the way all was handled so smoothly with me living out of state. I would highly recommend her she was professional and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience!

If you are looking for a professional, courteous, and honest realtor than look no further. Babette will make sure that your interests are priority #1. She was always available to answer even the most simple questions during our buying journey. Not sure how she finds the time to make sure we felt like we were her only clients. By far the best realtor experience we have had in the 4 homes we have bought and sold.

Sharon went above and beyond the call of duty and had my waterfront home sold in one day. Easy and flawless transaction. From the start to finish she covered all of the bases and we hit a home run. Awesome job !!
