We live out of state and needed to sell two properties. Not knowing any realtors, we researched who closed the most sales, and then read their reviews. Linda’s appeared to be far above the rest…and we now join a long list of very satisfied customers. Not only did she sell both homes in a shorter than average time, but we ultimately netted more than we expected (and more than what other realtors said we would). We could not be more pleased. She told us what to update and what to leave as is; and recommended contractors who were amazing. Because we live out of state, she went above and beyond to do things at the house that we could not. It is not an understatement to say that we could not have closed either sale without her help. She also did a great job publicizing the homes, holding open houses, bringing in prospective buyers…and following up with people who came to the open houses. We would definitely use her again and enthusiastically recommend her.

I have worked with Barbara both as a buyer and seller. She is WONDERFUL! She is not only extremely knowledgeable but also understanding and caring. Buying and selling a house is difficult and often stressful. Having Barbara’s support and accurate advice made the process much easier. I recently worked with Barbara in selling a home. She was spot on with regard to the selling price and recommended minor fix ups to help the house sell faster. Bob's responsiveness and skillful handling of the initial viewing through closing logistics is the reason I was able to 'win' the buyer status of my dream home. Every step of the way Bob was on point and at the ready to move through negotiations and facilitate all of the details seamlessly. He established a working relationship with me as buyer and the selling agent in that no stress was every incurred from my perspective. He advised of the inspection steps needed from the buyers position and timing which enabled quick execution of the Purchase Agreement. Aside from Bob's industry logistical skills he is ever gracious and patient dealing with the clients emotions and many inquiries that go along with making a home purchase.
