She is very professional, keeps to times and dates, and very knowledgeable of the market she works in. Her selling price recommendation was spot on, and from contract acceptance to settlement date was exactly two (2) weeks. The proceeds from the sale were in my bank account on the 15th day...unbelievable quick turn. I would strongly recommend Jennifer to anyone needing an agent in this area.

Michele was great to work with! I was buying a house from out of state and she made the process manageable and provided additional support and guidance beyond her regular duties. I was under a time crunch from selling one house, moving across country with the hopes of securing to another home with limited time. Michele was amazing in securing a purchase price with limited back and forth and helped to organize every step of the way to include additional access to the home once I arrived in State to coordinate renovations. My family wouldn’t have closed on a house within 21 days without the help of Michele. Michele would be an amazing asset to have on your side. Thank you Michele for everything you have done....

My wife and I have bought and sold many houses all throughout the East Coast of the US and have had the opportunity to work with many Real State agents. Needless to say we have gotten good and bad experiences with Realtors. Babette Bodie is without a doubt our best experience with a realtor. She has the experience needed, is very professional, knowledgeable of the market and efficient. She helped us buy our house and fought for us when the lender tried to take advantage of us by charging us a high interest rate even though we had a good credit. She help us negotiating the price of our house. Later she fought for us again this time with the builder (seller) when it tried to take advantage of us with the home not appraising. We never felt alone. She was always by our side and in our side. She was the reason we had a happy ending with the buy of our house. My wife and I highly recommend Babette Bodie as a Realtor.

Michele worked hard for us to find the perfect home. The market was insane last year when we bought our home, and we viewed several with her, and she kept with us until we found the right one. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. Juli
