Bob Hodge is a reliable , diligent , understanding and wonderful buyer,s agent He is a good negotiator , He was able to get a low reasonable price for the nice, spacious and beautiful dream home that we purchased recently , which was appraised by the bank /lender for a much higher price. Bob always updated us about the house that we bought from start to closing and it takes only 40 days to finish the transactions . Michele, was our agent on both ends of the transaction, she was our agent when we bought the home originally and when we sold. Michele was by far the best real estate agent we have ever used and we have used a lot in multiple states. Michele is very knowlegeable about her market, about different loan types and she is very responsive. If we ever move back in the area again there is no doubt who are agent will be.

Jeff was incredibly helpful as we searched for and closed on our first home. He walked us through many options at a variety of price points and in quite a large geographic area, and when we found the one we wanted, he negotiated to get us a great price. After our offer was accepted, he continued to walk with us through the inspection, appraisal, insurance quotes, and closing process, all of which we did from Ohio. He even sent us a video of the house completely empty and ready for us to move in on the day of closing. We highly recommend Jeff for anyone looking a new home!
