This is my home away from home. I work in St. Pete but live on the other side of the state. I needed a home that would give me the advantages of an apartment but still be a way investing. Barb helped me find the right balance with this house. Barb is good at finding the right house for my needs. She was also good at the extra things like helping find insurance. And when I had some issues with that, helping get the information I needed with the former owners to complete the deal. A Professional and Driven Expert is not enough to sum up all that Barb did for me and my fiance during the sale of our house. Barb was friendly, helpful and most of all hopeful for us when things were really trying (i.e. inspector results). But through it all Barb was attentive, very knowledgeable and a heck of a realtor to a couple who had little to no clue what we were doing in regards to the sale of a house.
