I visited two listings with online-recruited agents before visiting one and meeting Jeff. I did not purchase that home but continued with Jeff's help to finally finish the search. I was initially impressed with his depth of knowledge and experience in the field, and his openness. Throughout the search and purchasing process, Jeff supplied well-considered advice. His offer suggestions were spot-on. His familiarity with other professionals made the inspection process seamless. He checked and double-checked that we had all done everything we needed for closing. After the purchase, he was not done but assisted in finding contractors for necessary work. I could not have had a more positive experience.
