During this time of covid- buying a house was a little daunting. I was in MO and wanted a condo in Florida. I had no desire to travel so Michael took videos of the property I liked and answered questions as he walked through. My offer was accepted and Michael handled all inspections- handled all the documents involved with the HOA- overnighted paperwork to me and handled all involvement with the title company. I arrived in Florida after my remote closing and met Michael to get the keys. I have been here 3 weeks and he has called several times just to make sure all was going well. He is very thorough and knowledgeable.
