I first met Patty when I saw a sign in front of a home in my neighborhood that caught my eye. I called her and after hearing that it was already under contract, decided I was just going to stay put in my current home. She quickly referred us to a Loan Officer for pre-qualification, sent us a multitude of properties withing the St. Petersburg, Largo, and Kenneth City areas, provided us with detailed information about how the process works, and gave us choices that were just what we were seeking and keep the properties within our budget.
