Pat was stellar. First she was knowledgable and on target about pricing the property correctly. Then she used her expertise and the right technology to photograph and effectively market my house. She prepared the house before each showing. Things like this helped the property sell in one week. Instead of just letting it go, she made certain small contract errors were legally corrected. During the closing process she monitored all deadlines and accompanied the appraiser and anyone needing access to the house. The closing and wiring the money went well. As a former realtor, is there any wonder even I'm impressed.

Linda really did an outstanding job for us from selling our townhouse in 2 days, helping with both of our closings and especially with getting an emergency mover when our movers bailed on the day we supposed to move. Jennifer was amazing to us! She was always upfront and honest with every step of the process and was always looking out for our best interest. Her property evaluations were always spot on. I have known and used Jennifer for 10 years. She is the realtor who represented us in buying the home we are currently selling. Ironically she is the selling realtor for that house again. She also represented us in the purchase of our current home. Jennifer has also represented my daughter in the purchase and sale of 2 houses and a condo.
