Babette knows so much about the Tampa Bay real estate market. I've been singing her praises non-stop. I got at least $25,000 more than I thought I would and she helped me through the entire process of selling. You won't find many real estate agents who know the market or the ins and outs of buying and selling better than she does. I just can't say enough good things about her. If you buy or sell with her you won't go wrong.

We actually met Treasure by happenstance when wanting to view a house on Zillow. Although we didn’t buy that house, we liked her SO much we made her our new realtor! Soon afterwards, we found our house and she was instrumental in the process! We will gladly use her and recommend her 1,000x over! You really can’t go wrong with using Treasure.

Donna was very knowledgeable in all areas and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. With this being the first house that I sold there was a lot of unknowns to me but she was right there guiding me with such patience and understanding. I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Over the years we have heard Treasure’s name brought up consistently, when people we know asked about trust-worthy realtors. We were originally skeptical about using a realtor, thinking we could sell our house on our own and increase our profits. When we reached out to Treasure and informed her of our plan to sell our home by owner, she was supportive, gave us information, and even gave us tips! Over a month went by and not one phone call, other than realtors wanting to sell the house for us. We learned that by using a realtor, we could not only increase our profit, but everything would be taken care of. Our house was listed on the market by Treasure on Thursday, and we were in contract by Saturday! The best part was we got our FULL ASKING PRICE. All of the headaches that you experience going through contract, dealing with the buyer, and all of the administrative paperwork were handled by Treasure! All we had to do was read and sign. After hearing Treasure’s name recommended countless times, we now know why. We have since recommended Treasure to our friends and family looking for homes in the Tampa Bay Area. If you are reading this, we recommend her to you as well. She was truly a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to working with Treasure once again, to help us find our forever home!

Got my house to sell expediently. Even helped get my repairs done and move some of my furniture out of the house which is above and beyond what I expected.

Pam is truly a professional. Her expertise and community reach are unequaled. She delivered the right marketing plan in a timely fashion, brought a gamut of potential buyers through the property, and closed a deal in record time. She also made the entire process very convenient for this out-of-state seller, going the extra mile to assist in preparation and closing.
