Barb was a big help with our first-time buy! We had plenty of questions along the way, and Barb seemed to immediately have an answer for every one of them. She consulted us in winning the home over another potential buyer. Of course we had some snags that we found with inspection, but Barb did a great job negotiating with the owner for us. We had a quick turnaround on the home and are happy with the place!

I met Kelly in the fall of 2019. As resident of Connecticut I was in the Tampa are for business and so on a whim I stopped into the Caldwell Banker office near Hyde Park. Kelley greeted me and I expressed a long term goal to relocate to the sun and sand. Little did I know that 6 months later she would be a key component in fulfilling the dream. Kelley stayed in touch me from the day we met and made sure that she was sending us what we wanted to see. We ended up closing on our dream home July 9th 2020 and the rest is history. Thank you Kelley!!!

Amanda is awesome! She was so patient with me during the sale of my house, and was able to answer so many questions I had. Her photographer made my home pictures look amazing, her listing write up and ads were phenomenal! So amazing in fact, we got a full price offer on the house with in 12 hours of listing it!!! If you are looking for a professional agent that is down to earth and easy to talk to, you can't go wrong with Amanda. She really has her clients best interests at heart and will make sure you are getting the best deal possible for you and your family.

Treasure was absolutely wonderful to work with. I wanted to see a couple houses while she was out of town and she arranged for someone else to show them to me. She was always quick to respond and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond...even with a tough seller. She made the whole process easy and seamless. I can’t recommend her enough!!!

Liselle was very knowledgeable about the Pinellas County area and helped me to navigate a long-distance purchase of a home. She knew the various towns in which I was searching and the price points in each. She educated me about the different neighborhoods within the towns. She listened to my needs and I really felt as though she wanted to find me the right property. Liselle was patient and kind throughout the process. A terrific agent! She helped me find a beautiful home within my budget in my desired location. I would highly recommend Liselle.
