I would recommend Greta definitely whoever wants to sell the property. She went on and beyond on this process and fought really hard to get our house sold especially on COVID-19. We closed the house on June 8th and she even helped us moving the furniture and getting ready for walk-through.

Jennifer is the best. Buying in a Pandemic when you can’t do a walk through In person is a challenge. Jennifer set up a virtual walk through and acted as our eyes and ears. When she saw something that wasn’t right she brought it to our attention and saved us a lot of headaches down the line and we still closed on time.

I would have never actually moved if it were not for Patty. There are so many things to be said: 1. I never write reviews--this should speak volumes! 2. She is the most patient and respectful woman that I have ever worked with--I work in an office of only women. 3. She read me from the moment she met me, and in the kindest and most compassionate way. 4. She never overstepped her boundaries, but she was so quick to the punch when we needed to execute details. 5. She was so sweet with our son and always included him in the process. When I say that I would have never moved without Patty, what I mean is that she was able to find us the perfect home that allowed me the ability to want to move. My husband and I loved our home that we built together, and we didn't need to move. However, there were certain desirables within other homes that we wanted, and Patty met all of these requirements and more. She knows her stuff. We have used realtors in the past, and I completely swore them off for the future because I just found them to be completely worthless--this is NOT the case with Patty. She was always one step ahead of everyone, and we so appreciated her. She also became like family. With COVID-19 and the weirdness within the world, we became very attached to her. In fact, my husband and I were talking the other night, and we sincerely missed her company. Truly, don't waste your time with other people. Just go with Patty. You won't be sorry, and you will have a fantastic experience. She loves her work, and it shows! She wants to get you the home that you desire (we were under contract with our dream home within a few weeks), and she will work hard to seen your home (we had 3 full-price offers within the first 24 hours that it was on the market). Babette knows so much about the Tampa Bay real estate market. I've been singing her praises non-stop. We actually met Treasure by happenstance when wanting to view a house on Zillow. Although we didn’t buy that house, we liked her SO much we made her our new realtor! Soon afterwards, we found our house and she was instrumental in the process! We will gladly use her and recommend her 1,000x over! You really can’t go wrong with using Treasure.
