We contacted Barb simply through a quick online search. We were specific to the St. Petersburg area. She was very knowledgeable about not only St. Petersburg but the surrounding areas. After a couple of phone conversations she understood our parameters and tailored her search engines to us and sent only listings within those parameters. We found a potential and within 24 hours we did a virtual tour via FaceTime. She was quick and on the ball. We also did a virtual tour of the property we bought. She was willing to take the time to accommodate my endless detailed questions. It was thorough enough we bought ‘virtually’ and didn’t see the place in person until 2 days before closing. Elvira was amazing! Can't say much about the selling of the home. The first offer came in $10,000 more the first day we put it on the market. She only showed the house for two days and we got fifteen offers for our home. We went through each one of them and were able to come up with the one we thought was best. Adam went above and beyond what could normally be expected. I live in a different city and Adam did the initial review of the property and took a video to allow me to have a remote walk through. He did the final walk through prior to the closing and expedited all of the paperwork. He returned all calls, emails and texts promptly and kept me in the loop. This was my third transaction with Adam and I will definitely let him assist me again when the time comes.

I want to start off by saying I am picky! I knew what I wanted. I knew what my non-negotiables where. I knew where I was willing to compromise and where I wasn't. We looked at A LOT of houses! I was already tired of house hunting, when my current house went under contract in under 48 hours! (Listed by Wally, of course!) That is when the pressure set in. Wally made sure he was available for me. I would watch the listing websites like a hawk. As soon as I saw something new, I would send him a link, and he would call me back within 30 minutes saying we have a showing set up. Most of the time, he was able to get me in to see the houses the same day! He found a listing that was a little outside of my original parameters, but it looked like it could work. The house was already about to go under contract, but Wally was able to get the owner to let me look. We immediately left that house and wrote a contract! I got the house! I've been in the house for about 5 months now, and those things that were outside of my parameters have not been an issue one single time! I am so thankful Wally encouraged me to just look!
