I contacted several Real Estate agencies via email, Jeff Meyer was the first one to respond, he made an excellent impression with his knowledge and could promptly answer all my questions. He was instrumental in all aspects of the procedures, inspection, and all other services needed as I was not on site and I bought the property an email away. He always responded promptly to emails and texts, he negotiated with the seller on needed repairs to be done before the closing. He also assisted with the locksmith to get the locks changed after the closing. All in all, it was a perfect experience and it shows that one can do a transaction like this from afar, via email and text.

Bob Hodge is an excellent and extremely professional realtor. He helped me purchase my house in FL from out of state. He guided me through every step and was able to successfully win the contract that had multiple offers on the first day it was listed. I was extremely impressed since I knew how difficult the market is these days. Bob put me in touch with inspectors, lenders, etc and we were able to close one month later. It was such a smooth process, I feel I really lucked out when I picked Bob as my realtor. He was extremely responsive to every question I had and was always there for me. He is so easy to talk with that I feel like I made a new friend in FL. I highly recommend Bob Hodge as a realtor and plan on using him again for another house purchase I am helping a friend with.

Her recommendations for home inspection kept us from buying a huge problem house.
