What I liked more about Christian, is that he knows very well the city. He being able to communicate with us in Spanish was very helpful. Always ready to answer our questions and doubts. Besides that, he can recommend business or people to help you in other areas different than real estate. I definitely recommend him either to buy or sale your home.

When it was time to sell our home we enlisted help help with the A Team. Adam came over and toured our home, explained what we needed to do to prep the home for marketplace, thoroughly explained the process and helped us to establish a selling price to attract the best buyer. We went to market and he swiftly found us a qualified buyer and then followed up throughout the entire sale cycle. He was incredible to work with. Adam is very thorough, patient and full of wisdom.
