I was referred to Edward from another one of his sellers/buyers. After hearing how wonderful he was I had to pass on the opportunity to work with realtors I personally knew and work with him. My property was in the foreclosure stage and Edward took it upon himself to obtain information from the lender to take the stress off me. On top of that he took on many other duties that he could have informed me I had to to in order to keep the process moving forward. His communication was also top notch and kept me in the loop with every update. Most importantly, Edward had no hesitation on getting the most money I could for my home so that I not only was able to pay off the mortgage owed but I was able to walk away with a nice amount of cash to have a fresh start.
