Melisa was always available when we needed to reach her (it’s like this girl has her phone glued to her hand at all times!). She took control and helped us with contacting our sales rep, and loan officer (which was a story in and of itself) when something needed to be done. Melisa walked us through every step of the process, provided suggestions, and ultimately landed us our dream home in an amazing community. I want to start off by saying I am picky! I knew what I wanted. I knew what my non-negotiables where. I knew where I was willing to compromise and where I wasn't. We looked at A LOT of houses! I was already tired of house hunting, when my current house went under contract in under 48 hours! (Listed by Wally, of course!) That is when the pressure set in. Wally made sure he was available for me. I would watch the listing websites like a hawk. As soon as I saw something new, I would send him a link, and he would call me back within 30 minutes saying we have a showing set up. Most of the time, he was able to get me in to see the houses the same day! He found a listing that was a little outside of my original parameters, but it looked like it could work. The house was already about to go under contract, but Wally was able to get the owner to let me look. We immediately left that house and wrote a contract! I got the house! I've been in the house for about 5 months now, and those things that were outside of my parameters have not been an issue one single time! I am so thankful Wally encouraged me to just look!

If you are looking to sell your home, Wally is the agent you want to work with! He thinks of everything. He is full of low cost ideas that could really spiff up your listing. When my house went on the market, I wasn't sure we were going to get what we had listed it for. We ended up going under contract in less than 48 hours for OVER asking price! I was in shock. What I liked more about Christian, is that he knows very well the city. He being able to communicate with us in Spanish was very helpful. Always ready to answer our questions and doubts. Besides that, he can recommend business or people to help you in other areas different than real estate. I definitely recommend him either to buy or sale your home.
