We contacted Barb simply through a quick online search. We were specific to the St. Petersburg area. She was very knowledgeable about not only St. Petersburg but the surrounding areas. After a couple of phone conversations she understood our parameters and tailored her search engines to us and sent only listings within those parameters. We found a potential and within 24 hours we did a virtual tour via FaceTime. She was quick and on the ball. We also did a virtual tour of the property we bought. Elvira was amazing! Can't say much about the selling of the home. The first offer came in $10,000 more the first day we put it on the market. She only showed the house for two days and we got fifteen offers for our home. We went through each one of them and were able to come up with the one we thought was best. Adam went above and beyond what could normally be expected. I live in a different city and Adam did the initial review of the property and took a video to allow me to have a remote walk through. He did the final walk through prior to the closing and expedited all of the paperwork. He returned all calls, emails and texts promptly and kept me in the loop. This was my third transaction with Adam and I will definitely let him assist me again when the time comes.
